Deadly Cupcake

This was originally started for Sculptember with the prompt 'Deadly Cupcake'... time got away from me and then Nodevember started, but I finally am gonna call this one finished. Theres definitely things I would have done differently and want to change but I do no want to keep looking at this anymore.
